THESE days there are more reports of bad behaviour than good, so I feel I must tell you what happened to us yesterday.

My husband and I are in our mid 80s and had visited Warrington to shop.

On returning to our car in the car park, a young man, his wife and young daughter, pointed out to us that we had a flat tyre.

We moved the car out of the way of other drivers, but the man emptied our car boot and took out the spare wheel and jack and immediately changed the wheel for us. They will never know how extremely grateful we were and cannot thank them enough.

We hope they read this letter and will know how very thankful we are.
