What a wonderful evening's entertainment we had on Saturday, August 19, in the Old Market Place, Golden square, with the Andy Prior Big Band.
It was so refreshing to see a live band performing such great standards, with clever arrangements and superb vocals by Andy Prior.
But when is Warrington going to have a decent theatre/concert hall for forthcoming venues? Not the Parr Hall or the Pyramid. The Brindley at Runcorn is a lovely, modern theatre where the crowds now flock.
