SINCE you have a new team in charge at the council, give them a chance to do their thing with regards the Parr Hall.
Fix up the building and remodel it to bring it up to modern standards.
What I have learned with my visits to Warrington is that the old team did not take into consideration the different age groups or what consumers wanted.
They didn't learn from other towns about what they accomplished and how they went about obtaining the right mixture of talent.
Warrington is blessed with musical talent of all types so why not use them?
The big band era is not finished because older people are passing on - the young ones like it too if they can hear it and learn to ballroom dance.
The culture of Warrington depends upon your actions now.
