WHEN are Penketh parish councillors going to act on the constant vandalism and under age drinking going on in our area?

Every night we have to put up with children drinking, shouting and swearing on the Greystone Recreation Ground.

They tell us that Honiton Way Square has been relatively quiet of late, but unfortunately, the children have now decided to congregate on the Rec, leaving a trail of destruction after them including food, cans, bottles and litter.

Recently we had to put up with a fairground for four days on the Rec but where were the toilet facilities?

The children were publicly using our garden hedgerows as toilets.

On Friday nights the Royal British Legion has discos for these children and then the people of Penketh have to put up with endless shouting, swearing and fighting well into the night.

I am seriously considering moving out of Penketh, as it is causing myself and my elderly wife many sleepless nights.

Penketh never used to be like this.

Police and councillors need to act now before it gets worse.
