At 3pm on January 7, 2005 a GP called for an ambulance to take my mother to Warrington Hospital. It arrived at 9.30pm.
My mother died two days later.
Now here we are, almost four-and-a-half years later and the North West Ambulance Service is still assessing response times.
Our most vulnerable citizens are at the mercy of this pathetic bunch.
