I WAS saddened to read Stephanie Carnell’s letter in the Guardian, April 23, claiming that Warrington used to be much more beautiful than it is now.
Times change and with them styles of architecture and we must move with the times.
I think Warrington is a great place to live and find the fountains and other improvements most attractive.
It is not fair on the local authority to belittle its work and spending by criticising these. Keep up the good work Warrington Borough Council!
