What a lovely Easter Monday! I sat in the sunshine, drinking my £3 lager and eating my £3.80 hot dog, dreaming of what was to come.
I dreamt that Tony Smith would wave his magic wand. Monaghan would break through the defence and not throw mad passes into touch. Matt King would give a pass to his winger. Rahihi would offload the ball to a Wolvers player. Our massive pack would create fear in the opposition. Bridge and Grix would start to fulfil their promise. We were not the worst team in the league.
Then I woke up and watched the match.
