IN the Feb 19 edition of the Guardian it was reported that the average water bill is £377.
If that is the average then some customers would pay a lot less. Does anyone in Warrington pay less than that? My property was in one of the lowest rateable value charges band and is now in council tax band A and my bill for 2009/2010 is £501. We should be able to switch suppliers like we can other services and not be held to ransom by one company. JOHN VERNON Birchwood
