GIVEN the current economic climate, could someone please explain to me and the other taxpayers of this town why the closed down council offices on Statham Avenue in Orford, has for the past four years had its lights left on?
They are not on a timer and are on 24 hours a day. Surely this is a complete waste of money. Despite numerous calls to the council offices, to date I have not received a reply on this issue STUART WILSON Warrington
