I AM well-known in Penketh, and an ex-newsagent.
I always drive my scooter on the outside of the pathway.
When I meet elderly couples, the very nice man will step off pathway, and up to now they have been lucky.
But youths will ride on the pathway on cycles and could damage these lovely gents. The were brought up to respect ladies.
