I WAS shocked walking round Warrington town centre the other day to find the whole place geared up for Christmas.
We hadn’t even had Remembrance Sunday and there was a tree, lights, shop displays and decorations.
Can we really not wait until December?
Every year the rush to Christmas seems to get earlier and earlier.
The supermarkets seem to have been flogging Christmas food since August.
How about we keep everything to the right season?
It will mean a lot more to people if they aren’t fed up of Christmas by the time December 25 comes.
I won’t be starting by shopping until December 1.
I am sure it won’t be long until Christmas decorations start appearing on houses too.
