I WRITE with reference to your suggestions for the future of the former Barclays Bank building on Sankey Street in the town centre, (Warrington Guardian, October 31).
May I suggest this this stately Victorian gem could now become the new home of the Carlton Club, after the demise of the much-missed discotheque and international nightclub?
Can you imagine the return of the Rolling Stones after their appearance in 1964.
