THE swing bridge delays are reaching a new level of frustration.
Twice this week I have been stuck in the queues at rush hour.
I thought there were rules about this sort of stuff?
It doesn’t appear that way. The whole of Warrington grinds to a halt.
They need to be sorted out, and rules need to be enforced.
Our town cannot cope.
