I REFER to the latest announcement by Warrington Borough Council that it predicts another overspend in its budget for 2025/26 (Warrington Guardian, September 12).
This is on top of the already announced overspend for this financial year 2024/25
Warrington Borough Council does not exhibit how it came to these figures, and who was responsible for these failings.
A more thorough explanation is required.
