Time Square
I READ with interest your article on Time Square and the lack of interest to occupy premises there (Warrington Guardian, September 5).
What Warrington Borough Council tried to do was move the centre of town to a new location without success.
It has backfired.
The council should have spent some of the £142million on Market Gate to enhance its importance and attraction to the town.
Once again, another failed project by Warrington Borough Council, and a waste of residents’ money.
