NOW that the Labour administration has once more gained control of Warrington, surely we have now seen the end of such corporate vandalism which saw the end of the Cabinet Works, and other cherished heritage, which fell victim to the wrecking ball.
Will Warrington’s new set of MPs place as much emphasis on the town’s great past as on it’s great future?
Other towns understand history tourism is the difference between a town which knows where it came from and a town which forges ahead.
After 14 years of complacency, it is time for Warrington to learn the same lesson.
