WITH reference to your good report about how United Utilities can be sued over canal sewage (Warrington Guardian, July 4) - it is about time.
It has got away with doing the right thing and spending money, not on itself.
I would comment the photo shows the terrible condition of the swing bridges.
I have had letters in the Guardian for at least five years complaining about Peel Ports – it is the same in not willing to spend money.
