I REFER to your article on the suggestion that Warrington Borough Council wants to create a waterfront in Warrington (Warrington Guardian, May 23).
Are they being real?
Warrington is a dump and always will be under a Labour lead council.
Are they going to create another Groves area as in Chester?
These people at WBC are in cuckoo land.
