LATELY, our wonderful GPs are doing telephone assessments through the receptionists if the GP thinks it necessary you get a face-to-face appointment.
It is now getting to be like getting to be like an audience with the Pope.
In other words, patients are not getting to see their own GP.
Can we ask your readers in Warrington if they are facing similar problems?
Is this not like getting a doctor appointment by paying for it, so privatisation by stealth?
