We are a locally based company trading for five years based in Warrington; Rig Rescue 24hr Recovery & Roadside Towing Ltd.
We share a story related to feeling or experiencing no work for three months.
After helping thousands of motorists at the roadside over 60 months. During that time gaining feedback or Google reviews. There are possibly more than 1400 five star reviews on the internet showing our business.
Despite investing more tan £500,000 pounds and operating heavy goods vehicles from a commercial property we seem to have no calls day or night.
We also experienced our map locations being suspended seven times on Google between October and February this year. In addition to those circumstances we also had nine one star reviews left on our business. The reviews are not people who used our service. In essence victimisation.
People rang asked for a quote then wrote scammer all over our business. After these reviews happened we then observed no calls during any hours we work as a small business.
After these circumstances we then look at other situations on Google maps to see where our business was visible or placed in ranking factors. We noticed in Chorley our business was placed 23rd and five map locations with fake addresses were above us and shown as a better search result.
We are now facing closure and facing personal bankruptcy however Google are not interested or contactable and we have little or no information why this happened.
This morning we contacted three local small towing companies in the Wigan, Warrington and Preston areas. All three business owners explained they had all had jobs and all said they turned work away.
Can you image owning and investing half a million pounds of towing vehicles and having established premises only to sit in complete silence for three months?
If I said here I have no answers no idea.
I’ve no idea but I guess we are expecting to close this business.
