I HEARD recently that the BBC was putting the price of the TV licence up again.
May I speak for the many pensioners and families with young children to say why another increase when we have to put up with the may repeats and films that were made before I was even born?
I am not interested in the many soap programmes and so-called reality television, which I think are a waste of time and effort.
Why, when they pay exorbitant salaries to the many over rated stars, are we having to tolerate what I consider as utter garbage.
When are we going to get decent up-to-date films and no repeats on the TV, and why when I have Freesat TV do I have to pay for the tripe that the BBC put out every day?
I refuse to pay for Sky or BT services because they also turn out a lot of repeats.
