INSTEAD of going up Blackpool Tower how about going up Fiddler’s Ferry chimney to see and enjoy the whole of the Mersey valley.
Once it has gone it is gone forever.
It can be seen on the skyline from all over Lancashire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.
