I am working at Cairo Street Chapel, one of Warrington's most precious listed historic buildings.
In order to repair the vandalised stained glass we have to park outside the chapel and in doing so we get booked for parking. Does the council care more for parking fees than the heritage of Warrington?
If so, I suggest the people of Warrington change the councillors at the next election.
