ANOTHER of Warrington Wolves’ remaining fixtures in the Super League regular rounds has been confirmed as having a new date and kick-off time.
The Wire were scheduled to host fierce rivals St Helens at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, September 6 at 8pm.
However, it was announced last week that to accommodate Sky Sports’ live television broadcast, the fixture will now take place the following day, Saturday, September 7, kick-off 3pm.
This will be Warrington’s penultimate home game of the season in the regular rounds, before the play-offs commence.
Their last home match, a week before the play-offs start, is against London Broncos on Friday, September 20.
Now, staggering of fixtures to avoid television clashes means Wolves’ final away game of the regular season against Huddersfield Giants has also been rescheduled.
The Round 26 Super League contest will now take place on Saturday, September 14, kick-off 6pm at the John Smith’s Stadium, having previously been due to be played the following day on Sunday, September 15.
The game will be broadcast on SkySports+ and SuperLeague+.
Tickets are available now in-store and online. Previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
