THE 21-man squad preparing for Warrington Wolves' Super League clash with Leigh Leopards on Friday night is now confirmed.
As expected following Sam Burgess' Wire press conference yesterday, James Harrison drops out with a minor lower-leg injury while Lachlan Fitzgibbon returns to the fray after shaking off a shoulder problem.
Wolves 21-man squad: Matty Ashton, John Bateman, Jordy Crowther, Ben Currie, Josh Drinkwater, Lachlan Fitzgibbon, Adam Holroyd, Toby King, Arron Lindop, Zane Musgrove, Matty Nicholson, Joe Philbin, Sam Powell, Rodrick Tai, Cai Taylor-Wray, Josh Thewlis, Paul Vaughan, Danny Walker, Tom Whitehead, George Williams, Luke Yates.
There are eight ex-Wire players named by Adrian Lam in his Leigh Leopards 21-man squad, though they will be without their suspended influential prop forward John Asiata.
Burgess said: "He's a big part of their team but they've managed losing players all year, they've had a lot of players out with injuries and suspensions, so you'd have to say they've managed that quite well."
The eight former Wolves players are Gareth O'Brien, Josh Charnley, Robbie Mulhern, Jack Hughes, Matt Davis, Ollie Holmes, Keanan Brand and Brad Dwyer.
