WARRINGTON Wolves crashed back to Earth with a bump on Friday night against Hull KR.
The Wire were below-par against an impressive Robins side and were duly beaten 22-4 at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, with the 18-point losing margin being their biggest of the year.
It brings their five-match winning run to an end and drops them outside of Super League's all-important top two.
Here is how Wire fans have been reacting on social media to the game...
Back home before full time level performance from @WarringtonRLFC tonight. Dreadful.

That one's for you @MattTurner_WG
Despite some great performances recently, it’s fair to say we’re not the finished product. Maybe a wake-up call to anyone Warrington fans (or players) getting carried away? https://t.co/ovUzX9HYvR

Well done Hull KR you were the only team to actually turn up tonight with an intention to win the game!

We were poor extremely poor after 3 really good games, that performance is not good enough to reach the final or top the league at the end of the season!
Must do better!!
Miles worse than Wembley fair kr but we hammered ourselves with knock ons
