And true to his word, he was among the scores of Wire fans celebrating wildly as their side secured a memorable victory at St Helens.

The 17-year-old darts sensation has been attending matches whenever his hectic schedule allows and was able to make the trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium on Friday night.

And the cameras caught him gleefully celebrating as Matty Nicholson touched down to seal an impressive win for Sam Burgess' 12-man side.
