JOE Bullock will spend the rest of 2024 away from Warrington Wolves.

It has been confirmed that the prop forward has been allowed to join Salford Red Devils on loan for the remainder of the season having again fallen down the pecking order at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Having last played in the Round 15 victory at Hull FC, Bullock has been left out of the past two Wire sides and with Luke Yates' move from Huddersfield Giants having been brought forward to take effect immediately, his route back into the team has become more blocked.

As part of the deal that takes him to the Salford Community Stadium, Bullock can be recalled by his parent club at a fortnight's notice.

It is the latest development of an up-and-down year for the former Wigan prop, who spent time on loan at Hull FC during the early rounds of the season while he also appeared on dual-registration for Widnes Vikings.

He returned to The Halliwell Jones Stadium and his performances saw him awarded a new two-year contract and a place in the team for the Challenge Cup Final in June.

Bullock joins teammate Gil Dudson in spending the remainder of the year on loan with Paul Rowley's men.
