THOSE attending Friday’s Super League clash between St Helens and Warrington Wolves will be able to get two matches for the price of one.
Before the two first teams do battle in Round 18 at 8pm, both clubs’ academy sides will face off in what will be an important fixture in the context of the season.
The match kicks off at 5.15pm at the Totally Wicked Stadium and the price of a ticket to the main game will allow you entry to watch the curtain-raiser.
Mark Smith’s young Wires have enjoyed another promising season in the under 18s competition – they sit third in the table having won six of their eight matches.
However, one of their defeats came at the expense of a formidable Saints side, who won 26-12 at Victoria Park back in April.
St Helens currently top the table having won seven of their eight games. They are level on points with Wigan Warriors but sit above them by virtue of a vastly superior points difference.
