WARRINGTON Wolves have confirmed their starting side for Joe Philbin’s Testimonial match against Leigh Leopards on Saturday.
The man himself will start in the front-row in what looks to be head coach Sam Burgess’ strongest available side, with several players unavailable through injury or suspension.
Rodrick Tai, Stefan Ratchford and Matty Nicholson all miss the game through injury while Paul Vaughan completes a four-match ban that finished his 2023 season early.
However, Josh Thewlis is named to start on the wing despite pulling out of Friday’s friendly against Widnes Vikings with a knee injury.
New signings Zane Musgrove and Lachlan Fitzgibbon start with Sam Powell on the bench, with all three set to make their first appearances in a Warrington shirt.
