AN EARLIER date for the 2022 Super League Grand Final has been confirmed.
As opposed to its usual early-October date, next year's showpiece will be held on Saturday, September 24, with Old Trafford once again playing host.
The move to an earlier date is in order to allow players featuring in the season-ending Rugby League World Cup extra time to prepare with their national teams.
Tickets for the Grand Final go on sale on Monday, with a 25 per cent early bird discount available for adult tickets.
The 2022 Super League fixtures are set to be revealed on Thursday, November 25, with the campaign to get underway on Thursday, February 10.
