MATT Dufty touched down in the game’s final minutes to allow Warrington Wolves to snatch a late victory at Hull FC.

With the scores level at 18-18 after the hosts had reeled in a 12-point deficit, the full-back picked up a loose ball after George Williams’ drop goal had been charged down and raced through a gap to spark wild celebrations among the Wire players.

It allowed them to escape with a return to winning ways despite an off-colour display in East Yorkshire, with tries from Tom Briscoe, Liam Sutcliffe and Denive Balmforth having reeled them in from leads of 12-0 and 18-6.

Dufty had touched down in the first half after Toby King had opened the scoring, with Danny Walker adding another try after the break.
