FORMER amateur national title winner Imad Naseeb secured his third victory as a professional boxer at the weekend.
The Warrington 26-year-old featherweight beat Manchester’s Sean Jackson by unanimous decision at Bolton Stadium Hotel.
Phoenix Fire product Naseeb, who is in Bolton’s Elite Boxing Gym stable, put Jackson on the back foot and under intense pressure throughout.
Jackson, 28, who was knocked out in his 27 previous pro fights, was warned several times for holding.
Naseeb’s performance showed big improvements from his last win against Steven Maguire two months ago.
He will look to step up to a six-round contest in his next bout, likely to be in February.
