MARK Beesley's time in charge of Warrington Town is over.
The club have this afternoon confirmed that the manager has resigned from his role after just under three years in charge.
Saturday's FA Cup second qualifying round loss to Radcliffe at Cantilever Park proved to be Beesley's 139th and final game in charge, with Yellows conceding an injury-time winner to exit the competition.
There has been no confirmation as of yet as to how the club plan to move forward on an interim basis, with their next game being a National League North home game against Spennymoor Town on Saturday.

> Mark Beesley's complete record as Warrington Town manager in numbers
"Warrington Town can confirm it has accepted the resignation of Mark Beesley from his role as manager," a club statement read.
"Following discussions last night and this morning, his eight-year run as part of the club’s management team has come to an end.
"Everyone at the club would like to thank Mark for his contribution and wish he and his family all the best for the future.
"A further statement will be made in the next few days."
Having previously served as predecessor Paul Carden's assistant manager, today's news brings to an end a stay of almost eight years for Beesley, who ascended to the top job in November 2021 after Carden departed for AFC Telford United.
That season, Beesley guided the team to the Northern Premier League Premier Division play-off final, where they were beaten by Scarborough Athletic.
The following year, however, they finished the job - having narrowly lost out to South Shields for the title, they ensured there was to be no repeat of the previous year's play-off heartache as Isaac Buckley-Ricketts' dramatic late winner secured a memorable, promotion-sealing win over Bamber Bridge at a sold-out Cantilever Park in May 2023.
Beesley then guided the squad to a top-half finish in their first ever National League North season, but Town have endured a difficult start to the current campaign having won just two of their opening nine matches in all competitions.
