WARRINGTON Town have confirmed their fourth signing of the summer as the new National League North campaign nears.

Town have announced the signing of young winger Josh Miles from League One side Blackpool on loan.

The 17-year-old, who made 17 appearances in the National League North for Southport last season, will spend the first three months of the campaign at Cantilever Park.

He is set to feature in Yellows' pre-season friendly at Ashton United, and manager Mark Beesley is excited to see what he can do.

"I'm delighted to have signed Josh. When we found out that he was available, we acted quickly," he said.

"He gives us options out wide and can play in a few positions. He provides the pace and directness which we're aiming for, and hopefully he can improve his game, as well as our squad.

"I'd like to thank Blackpool for trusting us with his development, because I'm sure he's on a pathway to playing in their first team."

Miles joins defender Ollie Southern, midfielder Bohan Dixon and striker Joe Rodwell-Grant as new signings at Cantilever Park
