SUPPORTERS returning to Cantilever Park for Warrington Town’s first pre-season friendly may notice something different.

Aside from the upgrades required for them to remain in the National League North, Yellows’ home ground has a new name as part of a multi-year sponsorship deal.

Cantilever Park will now be re-named the Cal.Delivery Stadium following the signing of an agreement with the Westbrook-based same-day courier and logistics provider.

Fans will see the Cal branding in evidence at the club’s first home pre-season friendly against National League side Rochdale tomorrow afternoon.

"We are delighted to partner with Warrington Town and support our local team through this sponsorship,” Cal director Mark Johnson said.

“As a business based in the community, it’s important for us to give back and be involved in local initiatives.

“We believe this partnership will not only enhance our brand presence but also contribute to the club’s growth and success.

“We look forward to seeing the Cal.Delivery Stadium come to life and cheering on Warrington Town in the upcoming seasons.”

Yellows chairman Toby Macormac added: “It is another step forward for the club to have secured a multi-year naming rights deal, that will hopefully go beyond the initial agreement.

“We know from dealing with Mark and his team that they share the same attitude and approach as we do.

“They have sponsored other sports properties in the past and are now looking forward to joining us on the journey with their hometown team.”
