Warrington Girls Rugby League Club players tackle Pretty Muddy for Cancer Research
WARRINGTON Girls Rugby League Club under 12s and under 15s proved that their determination extends beyond the pitch by tackling Cancer Research's Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course.
They crawled, climbed, and slid through muddy challenges and have raised £1,320 for the charity.
The girls, and coaches, embraced the messy fun, supporting each other through every obstacle and crossing the finishing line as a team with smiles - and a fair bit of mud!
A club spokesman said: “Their incredible fundraising effort is a testament to their team spirit and commitment to making a difference. We are extremely proud of them.”
