URBAN school of Gymnastics achieved success at the Women’s Artistic National Grades at Robin Park in Wigan.

Grace Hansbury-Ellis, Hattie Hartley, Crystal Bate, Mojisola Coker and Dixie-Lou McQuillian all placed in the top six in the region in open-age categories.

Their finishing places were Grace, sixth; Hattie, second; Crystal, fourth; Mojisola, first and Dixie, third.

Hattie, Mojisola and Crystal have been selected to represent the North West team at the National Finals in June.

Coach Christina Duckers said: "The gymnasts have been preparing for their grades for the past year so to get these results is an amazing achievement.

"Each year the club goes from strength to strength and we look forward to a bigger and brighter future ahead."
