THE Wire Gymnastics Club are celebrating Ruby Cox's national success.
Ruby, a student at Birchwood Community High School, won a medal at the English Artistic Championships at the Telford International Centre.
The 12-year-old placed third in the country on beam to claim a bronze medal, beating more than 60 other elite gymnasts in the process.
She finished fourth overall with a personal best score of 45 after completing all the disciplines.
Coaches at the club say Ruby, who has been at the club since she was four years old, balances a her gymnastics and school life fantastically to reach the high level she has.
The Wire offer gymnastics for all ages and abilities in their high performance centre in Birchwood.
