Great to have him back after an excellent loan spell at Warrington. pic.twitter.com/2Tl186QI9L
The deal to keep the 24-year-old as part of Mark Beesley’s squad, which was extended into a second month, was due to expire following Saturday’s game against Stalybridge Celtic.
Woods has been a revelation since joining Town at the start of October and leaves having netted six times in 12 appearances.
Big Thankyou to everyone at Warrington it was a pleasure and all the best for the season 👊🏽💛💙 https://t.co/DToLWCWrXF

His departure leaves Town short of options in attack, with Josh Amis suspended for the next two matches following his sending-off during last week’s FA Trophy loss to Guiseley.
Jordan Buckley is still making his way back to fitness after suffering ankle ligament damage and while it is thought he may be able to return to full training this week, he has not played since the end of August.
