CONNOR Woods’ loan deal with Warrington Town has been extended.

In a big boost for the upcoming weeks, Yellows have confirmed the in-form forward will remain at Cantilever Park for another month.

Southport – the 24-year-old’s parent club – can recall him with 24 hours’ notice at any point during the renewed deal, which expires on December 6.

Woods, who has scored five times in seven appearances since joining Mark Beesley’s side, will now be available for Town’s next six games.
