HOLLY Lam-Moores and the TeamGB women's handball team fell to their third successive defeat of London 2012 last night.
They stuck with Brazil for the opening 19 minutes at the Olympic Park's Copper Box.
But then a slide of six goals in six minutes from Brazil was only arrested when 21-year-old Lam-Moores, who grew up in Orford, cut in from the left wing to score her only goal of the game.
At 14-7 it was as close as Team GB came to the impressive Brazilians before the match ended at 30-17.
The team, which is making its Olympic debut, will be hoping for a closer game against Angola tomorrow at 9.30am.
