ANDY Bracek will not be dashing over to Henry Fa'afili for try celebration lessons after notching his first Super League four-pointer at the weekend.

The way Bracek punched the air in delight in front of the East Stand showed he is already sorted in the department of celebratory moves.

And he admitted afterwards: "Last season, I showed Henry a few of my moves. The rocket launcher one he did he stole off me.

"It felt good to get my first Super League try and I gave a big yes' call to the speccies, who liked it I think.

"It's not often a prop gets over for a try but as I said it felt good to get over the line and so hopefully there will be more to come."

His first try in 19 Super League games was not all plain sailing, though, with three juggles of the bullet pass threatening to spoil his moment of glory and a super initial break by packmate Logan Swann.

Bracek said: "As I was juggling I said to myself that I just had to catch the ball and get it down. I was surprised that I did because it was a tough pass to catch."

The 19-year-old, signed from St Helens for £22,500 ahead of the 2005 campaign, has been a valuable asset as a substitute in eight of Wolves' last nine outings.

And with fellow prop Paul Rauhihi picking up a one-match suspension this week, his services are likely to be called upon again against Leeds at Headingley on September 1.

He said: "I think I've played in the last five or six games and hopefully, injuries permitting, Paul Cullen will pick me again at Leeds.

"It's always good for a young kid like myself to get in the first team.

"Experience does you the world of good.

"I'm pretty pleased with the way I've been playing and I think the coaching staff are pleased too."

Bracek, who was part of England Academy's successful tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2004, was more recognised as a back rower when he first joined Wolves, although his only Super League game for Saints was as a prop in 2004.

He said: "I'm more comfortable at prop. It's where I play my best football but I'm just happy to be on the pitch."
