RYLANDS go into a weekend of potential glory on the back of a great win at Mossley.
The Gorsey Lane team can clinch the Cheshire Building Society Alliance Division Three title when they play Heaton Mersey Village at home on Saturday.
Rylands then travel to Kingsley on Sunday to face Disley in the League Cup Final.
Mossley were left to rue their decision to bat first on Saturday with Rylands' bowlers tearing into their batsmen and dismissing them all for 128.
Sean Malone took 3 for 62 and Eddie Platt 2 for 4.
An unbroken stand of 125 from captain Mike Dale, 45 not out, and Jon Stoney, 72 not out, enabled Rylands to cruise home.
Rylands' second XI defeated Appleton's thirds after amassing 235 for 5, with a partnership of 136 between captain Geoff Shaw, 59, and Steve Howarth, 84, leading the way.
Appleton put up brave resistance before they were dismissed for 139.
