THE improving Warrington under 13s side came up trumps against an inexperienced Appleton outfit.
Warrington were restricted to just 85 in their allocated overs but Appleton came up short themselves after they were bowled out for 34.
Oliver Walker starred with the bat, making an unbeaten 30, and was supported by Callum Bowman, 10.
A good bowling display was typified by David Robinson, who took 3 for 4.
The under 15s remain top of their zone after Grappenhall were unable to gather a team.
