GARRETH Carvell has received news from disciplinary chiefs following being placed on report and sin binned during Saturday's win at Hull FC.
He faces no charges for the alleged high tackle in the fourth minute and use of the forearm in the sixth minute.
In the case of the reported high tackle on Richard Horne, RFL chiefs who have studied the video evidence said that Carvell had made a legitimate attempt to tackle, with the tackle sliding high off the ball leading to contact with the full back's head.
The sin binning was deemed sufficient punishment for his use of the forearm in a tackle on his good friend and close neighbour Ewan Dowes.
