AS the regular season draws to a close, Warrington Wolves now know the route they must take in order to reach the Super League Grand Final.
Despite thrashing London Broncos at The Halliwell Jones Stadium tonight, Hull KR's victory over Leeds Rhinos meant they remained ahead of Sam Burgess' side in second place.
As such, The Wire finish in third place on 40 points and will host a play-off eliminator tie on Saturday, September 28, kick off 5.30pm live on both Sky Sports and BBC Two.
Their opponents will be St Helens, whom they faced in last season's eliminator round at the Totally Wicked Stadium, with Paul Wellens' side recording a 16-8 victory.
However, Warrington have won all three meetings with their neighbours this year including a 16-2 victory at The Halliwell Jones Stadium earlier this month.
The eliminator round has been Warrington's stumbling block in recent years - the 2023 loss to Saints was the fourth time in a row their play-off campaign has ended at this stage after previous home exits at the hands of Hull KR (2021), Hull FC (2020) and Castleford Tigers (2019).
Should they come through next week's game, however, they will advance to a semi-final tie against Hull KR at Sewell Group Craven Park on Friday, October 4, kick off 8pm live on Sky Sports.
Having finished second, the Robins will face the highest-ranked eliminator winner for a place at Old Trafford, which would be Warrington if they advance.
League Leaders' Shield winners Wigan Warriors would then host the lowest-ranked eliminator winner at the Brick Community Stadium on Saturday, October 5, kick off 5.30pm on Sky Sports and BBC Two.
