I REFER to Nigel Wright’s letter regarding falling spectator numbers at Warrington Wolves rugby matches and citing television coverage as part of the problem (Warrington Guardian, August 8).
Has Nigel looked at the price of tickets to watch a game?
For a family of four, two adults and two children, depending on age, it would cost a minimum of £100 to attend the game.
In the present day’s cost of living crisis, is this cost justified?
I don’t think so. I’ll keep my money in my pocket.
