NEW faces joined familiar ones at Padgate today as Warrington Wolves returned to pre-season training.
Having arrived in the UK over the weekend, Australian international forward Josh McGuire was among the players who gathered for the first day of training as preparations for 2023 got underway.
Welsh prop Gil Dudson – another new signing – was also among the group as the vast majority of the first-team squad reported for duty.
New additions Paul Vaughan and Sam Kasiano are expected to report for training next week, as is full-back Matt Dufty.
George Williams' Rugby League World Cup commitments came to an end at the weekend as England were beaten by Samoa in the semi-final but he will be given an extended break before returning to his club after Christmas.
