GRAPPENHALL Cricket Club have started their winter nets training and would welcome more players to get involved.
The Broad Lane club are aiming for promotion to Division One of the Cheshire County Cricket League this year and with several new players already on board the team is looking stronger than ever.
There will be three senior teams and an over 40s team to consider for anyone wanting to join the set-up.
Winter nets are now being held every Monday, except Bank Holiday Mondays, at Bridgewater High School's lower site in Hall Drive, Appleton, from 8pm to 9.30pm.
Interested players can go along to net practice or contact Paul Tyerman for further information on 07912 966236.
